Welcome to Convert4U. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our WhatsApp sales automation service. By using Convert4U, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Convert4U provides an AI-powered WhatsApp automation service that helps businesses:

  • Automatically respond to customer messages
  • Capture and manage leads
  • Send automated follow-up messages
  • Track conversation outcomes and campaign performance

2. Account Registration

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid WhatsApp Business account
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

3. Subscription & Billing

Sessions

A "session" begins when a customer initiates contact and ends when the conversation is closed. Multiple messages within one conversation count as one session.

Overage

If you exceed your plan's session limit, additional sessions are billed at the overage rate. Your service will not be interrupted.

Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance
  • All fees are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
  • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Convert4U to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse recipients
  • Distribute malware or malicious content
  • Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service
  • Engage in illegal activities
  • Send deceptive or fraudulent messages

5. AI-Generated Content

  • AI responses are generated based on your provided prompts
  • You are responsible for reviewing the AI's behavior
  • AI may occasionally generate inaccurate responses
  • You should monitor conversations and intervene when necessary

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Convert4U is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We do not guarantee specific sales results
  • Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

7. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
  • Upon termination, data may be deleted after 30 days

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
